Savory Chicken Sauté

Serves: 4

  • 2 TBS Olive Oil
  • 4 Chicken Breasts
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • ½ tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp dry Rosemary
  • ½ cup Chicken Broth
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • ¼ cup slivered Almonds (optional, but so delicious!)


Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté the chicken breasts in the oil for 4 minutes. Turn over and add the onion. Cover and cook for 3 minutes longer, stirring occasionally. Add the garlic, rosemary and broth. Cover and cook about 5 minutes longer stirring occasionally until chicken juices run clear. Season with salt and pepper.
