- 2 Tbs Flour
- 2 Tbs Butter
- 1 C. Milk (it works great with almond milk as well)
- 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Chicken Boullion
- 1/2 C. cooked and chopped chicken (Optional)
Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in flower using a wire whisk. Add milk and bouillon. Stir constantly until thickened. Add chicken if desired. Once it has thickened, remove from heat and use in place of a canned condensed soup!
One recipe can be substituted for one can of condensed soup.
